we started hiking on a rather flat hill for about 30 minutes and the real challenge took place another 1 1/2 hour that was rather a 45 degree steep track. i was out of breath, my leg were shaking since i only ate 2 sam-gak kimbab..but i had purpose. the purpose that i had to make it to Yonjudae (the highest peak on that mountain) before the sun take place and the morning haze goes away. during the 2 hours, sometime i ran, sometime i walked side by side with my friends, and somehow i was relating that moment to life and started remembering all those moments that i wanted to give up on challenges i faced before. i climbed faster and when i saw the peak, i started running.
the sky was still full of fresh moisture haze when i got to the peak. Although the sky was too bright for a good photography (err actually i`m not good at taking a picture with a bright sky (always overexposed) but as long as i reach the peak, it is the best moment to me. i got a few shots. and i got the shots because i didn`t give up and the scenery from up there became the highlight of the day. it was the most beautiful scenery and friends i had by my side ever.
ps: the horse start their day early and do their activity also early in the morning. how about us, son of Adam?
